Tofu Nuggets with Creamy Sriracha Sauce
For tofu nuggets:
For creamy sriracha mayo:
For tofu nuggets:
  1. Slice tofu into small cubes (about 1 inch).
  1. Mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried herbs and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  2. Dip sliced tofu cubes into egg white mixture.
  3. Dip egg white-covered tofu cubes into the mixture created in Step 2
  4. Pour about 1/3 inch of oil into the pan and heat on medium heat.
  5. Fry tofu nuggets in oil until they turn a golden brown color.
  6. When taking nuggets out of oil, put them on a napkin-covered plate.
  7. Allow nuggets to cool.
For creamy sriracha mayo:
  1. Stir Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce and lime juice together.
