Ingredients
For tofu nuggets:
- 1 block Firm Tofu
- Eggs Whites from 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley or Cilantro
- 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- Oil enough to fit tofu in pan and fry
For creamy sriracha mayo:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce more if you can handle the heat
- 1 tsp Lime Juice

For tofu nuggets:
- Slice tofu into small cubes (about 1 inch).
- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried herbs and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Dip sliced tofu cubes into egg white mixture.
- Dip egg white-covered tofu cubes into the mixture created in Step 2
- Pour about 1/3 inch of oil into the pan and heat on medium heat.
- Fry tofu nuggets in oil until they turn a golden brown color.
- When taking nuggets out of oil, put them on a napkin-covered plate.
- Allow nuggets to cool.
For creamy sriracha mayo:
- Stir Greek yogurt, sriracha sauce and lime juice together.
